Registration Fee (required) includes conference registration, name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, breaks, reception on Friday and lunch on Saturday.
AAA Member (including students)
Registration Fee - on or before August 28, 2023: $90
Registration Fee - after August 28, 2023: $105
AAA Non-Member
Registration Fee - on or before August 28, 2023: $115
Registration Fee - after August 28, 2023: $130
Cancellation Pollicy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to Info@aaahq.org.
Cancellation requests received after September 8, 2023, will incur a $25.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after September 18, 2023.
